Sleep Paralysis
I occasionally get what I have just found out to be Sleep Paralysis, which is exactly that:
Sleep paralysis is a condition characterised by temporary paralysis of the body shortly after waking up (known as hypnopompic paralysis) or, less often, shortly before falling asleep (known as hypnagogic paralysis).[1]
Yea, it’s pretty scary, although in this case I am able to wake up after this paralysis. I’d talk about it more, but it doesn’t really happen that often so to describe it would be inaccurate. However, I can say that with some effort, I can ‘bring myself out of it’ and awaken. Trying to get up when you can’t move your eyelids is hard.
Note to Rama – the FIRST TIME i’ve ever seen the use of ’sup’ when it refers to ‘forward’ (physically):
* Sleeping in an upwards supine position
Side note: A link on the ’sleep paralysis’ page was this: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Exploding_head_syndrome. Yea I thought you would have liked to have a look at that XD.

I have had the same dreams like seven times , they are very scary and I’m unable to do anything, I could hardly let (it ) see it. sometimes I’m not allowed to, it is like a small dark little person with lots of energy that pushes, or restles me down while I want to scream, or get up for help! It is very disturbing and energy consuming. I’ve had constantly severe headaches. I try praying, but sometimes I can’t even remember what comes next. It is very scary, Thanks for the support, and your opinions, now I know that these thing exists, and that I’m not crazy either.
God Bless you all
