I have joined a ‘group’ blog (just me and ying at the moment), and will probably post on that from now on. It is located at http://fallingrice.blogspot.com

I am considering destroying this blog, not because I am lacking in the drive to continue writing it, but because I think I would do better to write on a blog with other people on it. Since Wensi kicked other contributors besides herself off her blog (and consequentially, deleted all my posts), I only have Hungy/stooph/farn’s quote blog to join. However I will probably leave this blog up purely because if you search ‘wongsta’ on google, this site will come up.

WONGSTA

The plan was originally to do only two things:

1 – Go to Allens with my friend to buy a bday present
2- Go to party afterwards, which was a ‘cool’ party i was randomly invited to (had alcohol, decided not to drink cause i ddin’t want to lol)

This is what actually happened
We met at Allens at (1pm). After going to allens with ying to buy the present (~2pm)I followed her home as I had nothing to do for 6 hrs. I realised her mum wasn’t home, and was going to leave as being at her house alone would be very suspicious. Fortunately Stooph decided to go to her house before the party so i had a reason to stay (she was therea bout 3pm). We mainly played…truth or dare, and watched kung fu panda for one hour. It stopped at this point because the disc was bad. Then ying’s mum made some nice pasta for us to eat(about 6pm?).

Since her brother (Matt) was going to another party, he gave us a lift to the station(about 6 something?). He thought that station was on the line to the house, however it was not, so if we did infact take the train, we would have had to change lines. However, the two trains that were going to the city were completely full, due to new years.

Some random dude decided to vandalise the train because…he was angry that he couldn’t go on it? Some great citizen, however, stopped him by grabbing his marker. I decided to get my dad to pick me up, as otherwise we’d be stuck there for a long time waiting for a vacant train. We arrived at the party shortly after (7:30pm?), but it was quite bad since we didn’t know most of the people there. I didn’t drink anything. Apprently, after we ditched the party (~10:30pm) (after about an hour) some drunk dude came along and everyone talked to him.

We went looking for coffee, but none of the good shops were open. Instead, we went back to my house for coffee. At my house (~11pm), ying decided to wear my pants and shirt becuase the dress was cold. This fulfilled the former ‘pants party’ thing i put on facebook – that there would be a party in my pants on new years(~12am)! So unfortunately, i was only able to make two people, Stooph and Ying, come. To my house.

We made omelettes (with too much cheese) becuase….no reason. We watched the fireworks, and prank called a few people. Then they went home(~1am).

What an abrupt ending.

Aim:
To collect points.

Notes before starting:
There is some ritual thing wensi said to do – does not affect gameplay (its like drawing straws to see who should draw straws first)
There are such things called ‘levels’. Everyone starts off at level 2. To go ‘up’ a level, you need lots of points. The ‘numbers’ follow the card numbers (2-10, J,Q,K,A) This is detailed at the end of wensi’s description.

Cards are dealt to everyone evenly, except for the last 6 cards. Look at your cards for a card which has the same number as the level you are on (two, at the start). These will determine who the ’starter’ is To find the ’starter’, during dealing look at the cards you flipped over. If you have a card which matches the level you are on (the first level is level 2).

This game is played in teams. Your partner has the same cards as you, but
You pick a card from the deck. Count in a circle clockwise until

I’ll wait till i learn the game before i finish my abridged version of wensi’s guide.

The ability to shoop da woop originated from people who were originially unable to shoop da woop. Then, a random genetic mutation in the DNA enabled Shoop da Woop. This was better suited to fight, as it could shoop the woop, and so was more likely to survive, and hence had a higher fitness (could have more offspring).

There was variation in the population, as some, such as cell, could shoop da woop with a higher power level than others. While these had a higher fitness level, others , who only shot lesser woops with a lower power level, or who could not shoop the woop at all, were at a disadvantage. The selection pressure (that you would lose a fight with someone who COULD shoop da woop) meant that the unshoopables were at a selective disadvantage, and had a low fitness level, so soon became extinct.

These powerful shoop Da Woopers soon went to other populations, creating gene flow. However, due to the enhanced cosmic radiation in these areas, mutations caused these shoop da woopers to become shot da woopers, and soon became how 2 shot web.

Yay. I have found another very useful utility. It is called “WinDirStat”, and it is a pretty straight forward program. All it does is give windows (xp, not sure if vista already has a program for it) the ability to show you which folders take up the most space. It not only does this the usual way, by saying program files takes up about 48% of the total disk space, but it also shows it in a very cool graphical form, as you can see below. This is very useful for trying to clean up a disk which is not yours, or a disk so full of porn that you can’t remmeber where it all is. The graphical representation is quite interesting, where each small block is a file (i think) and each colour is a diffrent kind of file.

Well. It looks like everyone is sick. How many people? not sure. But the point is, that many people are sick. Why are they sick? Because someone infected them. Why did they infect them? Because they went to school. Why did they go to school?

Well that last question is for another time. But I think that you should not be allowed to go to school, if you have a disease which is contagious. This may seem a bit communist (for the “common good”), but it is for good reason, especially in a school environment. All students, and to a lesser degree, teachers (as they have a better immune system than us), potentially could get sick. If the outbreak is particularly contagious, which i have noticed it IS this time around (I don’t know many people who aren’t sick).

Well, the rule of 7zip is finally over. At least, in the best program for making archives or that sort of thing.

7zip started off as an archiving method, and for the most part has stayed that way. This is, in a way, the reason for the program, ‘Peazip’. Peazip does many more things that 7zip was originally built for, from opening and archiving the main types of archive used today (.iso included) to splitting, exploring, and even doing secure file deletion. It even has an inbuilt file browser, useful for selecting large numbers of files, which would ordinarily be difficult to do by hand.

The many features that Peazip provides over 7z means that it is now my preference in terms of app usage. Go download it from sourceforge!(opens new window)
